Nice modern room very clean, well presented and quiet. Excellent location being less than a few minutes from the palace and not far from other places of interest. Toni the staff manager was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this hotel

The modern bedroom was light and appealing. The bed, covers and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom was very well accessorised and spotlessly clean. Management were polite. Location is central to Split center. If you have mobility restrictions just note that there are many steps from ground to apartment level (obviously that is what gives you the views). I would stay again.

Toni was fantastic at communicating and was very helpful. He carried my bag up to the apartment. The apartment was lovely and the balcony had the best view of the sea, markets and gates to the old town. We had a free bottle of wine which we loved. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the air condition unit was great. We definitely recommend.

Good location but you have to climb about 6 flights of stairs with luggage. The room was very small with nowhere to put suitcases and a bizarre layout. It wasn’t done to a very high standard at all with cheap fixtures and a really poor hard mattress. AC didn’t work well at all. We were met on arrival and told a little about Split etc which was helpful. The sparkling wine was also terrible, ours was included but I definitely wouldn’t bother adding it. We also stayed in PIAC luxury suites in the same building and I would definitely recommend that over La Porta, much higher quality and bigger rooms for a very similar price.

Toni was incredible. Contacted us before hand and set us up with a driver from the airport. Met us at the door and helped carry my partners bag up the stairs. Room was excellent and the balcony looks over the silver gate at the palace. Location doesn't get better. Vouchers for breakfast brought us an excellent meal. If we swing by Split again, we will definitely come back.

This is a lovely guesthouse, and Toni the manager was wonderful. Good location for walking the town. Rooms clean and well appointed. Biggest issue is no elevator and you must climb 6 flights of stairs to get to the La Porta floor. If you have ANY mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The Hotels.com site says it has laundry facilities but it does not. Breakfast vouchers for a great restaurant in the old town.

The location was the best. Close to the local market and the palace entrance. It was very close to ferry and shuttle bus terminal. The communication with the host was very easy and prompt in response. The room is on slightly smaller end, but it didn't bother me at all. Perfect place for short stays in Split.

This property is in a great location. Easy access to nearby attractions. Toni was so helpful during our time stayed at this place. He was very helpful and responded timely. When we encountered a parking issue one evening, he quickly helped us resolve it. We are so thankful for his assistance!

The location is excellent, right in front of the Silver Gate and only about a five-minute walk from the bus terminal for the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Toni was very kind and kept in touch with me even before my stay. He also let me know as soon as the room was ready after cleaning, which was very helpful. The only drawback is that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility difficulties should keep this in mind. However, Toni is happy to help with your luggage. Other than that, I had no problems at all and had a very pleasant stay!
