The property was excellent and in a great location in the old town. The guy who greeted us was nice but we did not expect to have to give him 35euros for 3 nights we thought we would be paying half that amount tourist tax.

We stayed at Mint Luxury rooms for 3 nights. The host was pretty responsive until I asked for extra towels and was told he would bring more but never did. There was a storm the day of checkout and the host was gracious enough to let us stay in the room for another hour or so after checkout. The room was spacious and was beautifully designed. The room was clean until we found someone’s old acrylic nail under a lamp when moving it. I overall thought the apartment was in a great location which made up for those things! About a 5 minute walk from the ferry port and was an easy walk. There are a few stairs to the property but very manageable. If you’re looking for somewhere with a good location and newly updated I would absolutely recommend.

Bedroom and bathroom in centre of old town, Split. Room 2 was spotless and furnished to a high standard. Check in was very easy. Host met us on time due to good communications. He also gave us some great suggestions as to where to eat and where to go. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Would gladly stay there again when visiting 10/10.

This stay was great. We opted for the airport transfer and it couldn't have gone smoother. The room was spacious, clean, and PERFECTLY located. Everything you want to do is within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend, would definitely come back

This is a beautiful, modern and super-clean property and we are very happy to have found it! The location was easy to get to and perfect for getting around but was also pretty quiet at night. The only issue we encountered was that response times to our various inquiries were sometimes inconsistent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and good price based on my research. The beds could be more comfortable and we did have issues with unsealed shower leaking and heavy condensation drip from the AC unit at the entrance to the room. Quiet at night and overall good value lodging for old town but would consider other options for future. Also the amount due at the property is in CASH and was 60 euro (quoted 45).

Beautiful apartment is a fantastic location in Old Town. Very spacious and equipped. We were met at the door very promptly. We had an issue with the TV but someone came immediately to solve the problem. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

The property is in a great central location. Communication with the property manager was via WhatsApp and was responsive to messages. I asked for additional pillows, but none came. Our room was 1B, and is susceptible to outside noise, due to a hole in the stone work below the window, rendering the double glazed window useless. Although we didn’t get a good nights sleep during our 4 nights, it did not detract from our stay.
