-TrĂšs bien situĂ© au cƓur de la ville - Appartement bien rĂ©novĂ© y compris la salle de bain qui n’est plus comme sur les photos mais bien mieux - Équipement correct pour cuisiner - HĂŽte trĂšs agrĂ©able Malheureusement point noir sur la salle de bain et la petite cours : - odeur d’égout constante difficilement supportable dans la salle de bain - fenĂȘtre de la salle de bain quasiment condamnĂ©e et qui laisse un vis Ă  vis direct avec l’arriĂšre des cuisines d’un hĂŽtel restaurant - les cuisines de l’hĂŽtel restaurant situĂ©es juste derriĂšre l’appartement dĂ©gage une odeur permanente de friture et autre nourriture dans la cours quand ce n’est pas une odeur de poubelle qui y rĂšgne ; impossible du coup de laisser les fenĂȘtres de l’appartement ouvertes - la cours n’est pas Ă  ciel ouvert mais surplombĂ©e par un toit en taule qui cache toute la lumiĂšre et rend l’appartement trĂšs sombre - le lit double annoncĂ© et en rĂ©alitĂ© deux matelas simple (celui de droite beaucoup plus confortable que le gauche) .. - le nĂ©cessaire de produit de douche n’était malheureusement pas au complet comme indiquĂ© sur l’annonce Apparemment trĂšs correct mais les odeurs incessantes gĂąchent malheureusement sa valeur ..
