With modern fencing surrounding the property, security lighting through out and private gate coding for secure access. Each guest will receive their own private code to enter the property as well as an individual code for their private unit for access.

You've landed in the right place. South Hill offers an abundance of amazing parks just in your neighborhood. Enjoy and explore Manito Park with its duck ponds and amazing Rose Gardens, Cliff and Cannon Park with all of its cottage historical homes that surrounding the perimeter, Browns addition west of down town has its own history with a few fun and popular restaurants such as the Elk and El Q. And last but not least our newest Kendall Yard with tons of restaurants that sits right above the Spokane River with amazing views.

We pride our selves in making sure everything is clean and sanitized when you arrive. Kitchen is well stocked for your use. We provide the best in linens and towels. Need something extra? Reach out before your stay and we'll try to accommodate if possible.
