Great place!
This was the perfect place for our stay! Loved the location and easy access to Riverfront. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the big windows in the living area and the bed was super comfy! We’d definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable
Great location. Close to lots of dining and entertainment. The wave’s restaurant on the ground floor was delicious. Very clean and comfortable. No complaints. Would definitely consider staying again.

Overnight downtown
My daughter and I had a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the central location, cleanliness, aesthetic and easy coffee setup. Towels were thick and clean. We parked in the Davenport tower and had breakfast at their Safari Room- also recommend.

Quiet and Fabulous!
Perfect weekend away from our crazy life! Quiet and beautiful. Everything we needed. Not too big and not too small, lots of daylight in the kitchen sitting area! The bedroom is wonderfully cozy and dark. Comfy bed and pillows. Any couple will love staying here!

Comedy Club nearby
I needed a fun get-away and downtown Spokane was perfect. The apartment is very conveniently located for walking everywhere in the core of downtown Spokane. The comedy club was close (and the show was just what the doctor ordered). Parking garage across the intersection was easy.

Enjoyed my stay
Great location. I had a car only part of the time. Easy parking in the garage across the street. Walking to the center of the city was easy and a nice walk.
Apartment was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy.

Wonderful!
Great little apartment to call home for a couple of nights. Super convenient to lots of food choices and things to do in Spokane. Homelessness outside the apartment is definitely not ideal but caused no problems for us. Super clean and comfy!

College baseball weekend
Great stay. It was clean and dark. Easy to sleep. We moved our car to the Davenport grande parking after having it at the parking diagonal to the property. The second option felt more secure. Overall would stay here again.
