"Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto offers a wonderful, quiet stay with a great location for sightseeing that is very walkable to all the main historic attractions. The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a fantastic selection of delicious options to start your morning. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"Easy Check in. We opted to park at hotel for a reasonable €15, as we arrived later than expected, but could have found street parking nearby. Staff helped us to find our way to the Percorso Meccanizato which is a great asset to the city, so we could easily access all the sights. Our room was spacious and very elegant and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Such choice, beautifully presented and served with warmth and civility."

"Antonia is a great host and her apartment is such a comfortable place to spend days in Spoleto. After the long hours of travel, she provided us chilled fruits and water, which tasted so good! At the end of the Spoleto festival, they celebrate it with a big fireworks show, which we enjoyed so much from her balcony. It was a memorable experience. Thank you for hosting us, Antonia!"

"We had a wonderful 9 day stay in Valentina’s apartment. The location is superb, the apartment is spacious and fully equipped and very comfortable and charming. When we come back to Spoleto, we will definitely be staying here again. The host was most helpful and accommodating! John"

"The apartment was in a great location for visiting Spoleto, it is very clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment also has a washing machine for those longer stays when you may need to wash some clothing. The beds were comfortable, and the area was quite at night allowing for a good night's rest.Hosts Eugenio and Rossella were fantastic! Communicating with them in English was easy and they went beyond the call of duty to make sure our every need was met during our stay in the beautiful town of Spoleto. They gave us a city map, made recommendations for restaurants (which we found to be excellent), and even booked one for us so we could get a discount.If we ever return to Spoleto, I would definitely stay at this apartment again!"

"This was a great experience. The owner was very responsive before-hand and gave us the property manager's (Enrico) contact info. Enrico was great. He met us promptly when we arrived and introduced us to the apartment. The apartment is in the historic center of the city. It was huge and wonderfully appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed. The view out the window was pretty special. We would definitely rent this property again if/when we return to Spoleto. Strongly recommended."
