「No kitchen, room had microwave and coffee pot both units cords didn't reach outlets! I had to switch around both to reach an outlet, microwave had be turned on its side as well to use. Coffee offered in room was terrible ended up buying jar of instant, lol」

「Our shower/tub was dirty looking. looked like dirty foot prints. Let the front desk know of my concern...and they said they are aware of the proplem. Paint peeling, or something else. They gave me some points on to my rewards with Hilton. The staff also said in the future if we booked direct with the property vs a third party it would have been much cheaper than what I paid for the night.」

「The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! 」
