「This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!」

「We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. 「Beautiful building and wonderfully decorated. It was quiet and peaceful and everything was easy to find in the rooms. So much better than a big hotel!」

「This was a very comfortable place to spend the night. We basically just needed bed space for a few nights. If we were eating here, it would be difficult as there are only 2 barstools in a cramped space. I think there would be room for a small table, which would be more family friendly. We also would have appreciated a dresser or shelving to store clothes, or some hangers in the closet and a lamp on either side of the bed. We also would have liked a top sheet on the bunk beds. 「I had a very nice week visiting family. The basement apt. was very clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was on street parking in a crowded neighborhood however, I never had to park more than a block away from the property. It is close to town snd shopping and I will recommend them to friends and family. 」
