    This spacious 3,000+ sq. ft., three-story home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, thoughtfully designed to feel open, airy, and inviting. (You are going to love the master bathroom!) Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the home with natural light, while beautiful lake views create a calming backdrop from every level.
    Whether you`re gathering with loved ones or slipping away for a quiet retreat, there’s space for everyone to feel at ease. The walk-out basement offers a cozy entertainment area with foosball, card games, puzzles, and movies—perfect for family fun or relaxed evenings in.
    Start your mornings slowly with coffee overlooking the water, spend your afternoons enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and end your days with laughter, connection, and a little lake view sunset magic.

The home is what you see in the pictures. It’s beautiful and spacious and would be perfect for families or a group of friends to gather. The location is perfect. You are not near any highways, only local traffic noise. No trains. No airplanes. Watts Bar Lake is a beautiful lake. We did some hiking - Piney Falls is a great spot. I brought my paddle boards and we had easy access at the Spring City boat launch. It’s not busy or dangerous from boat traffic. The lake is clean and warm - even got to see two deer swimming! We were there during an extremely hot week, the central air was a blessing! And so was the cave exploration with a boat ride in the lake in the caves - Lost Sea. Great week for a mother daughter adventure and like all good vacations it was over too soon!
