「Went down for a vacation of 4days 3 nights.. Had a negative experience with this stay, The host entered the property with out letting us know and texted afterwards. The host lives above the property which usually isn't a issue, but the hoat at all hours of the night you can hear them watching tv and talking and walking back and forth. 「Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....

「Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.」

「The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore.
