Spring Green Business Hotel

"The continental breakfast had everything I would normally eat for breakfast out - it had a waffle iron, eggs, sausage links, and even whole fruits. The only thing missing was bananas, but that was no problem, seeing as a Kwik Star was located just next door."

"Room was clean but bathroom was in need of some tlc. Old and worn can make you feel like it was not as clean as it was"

"I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. To make matters worse my door would not latch. All you have to do was push it a little and it would open. When I spoke to the maintenance personnel they told me that this room should never have been rented out because of the door not working properly. I have tried for over three weeks now to get a refund that was approved and still nothing. I am beyond irate"

"We did not make use of the waterpark. But this day was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything was nice and clean."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Some of the furnishings need to be replaced, but it looks like the hotel is working on updating the furniture. "
