「I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. 「The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. 「The main lobby was experiencing leaks in the ceiling (below other rooms) with buckets and tiles and water dripping. The room I was placed in had a leaking toilet and I was expected to turn n and off the water valve to the toilet for each use. It then plugged up due to low water in the tank at one point. I went to get breakfast in the morning with barely a scoop of eggs and waited almost 20 minutes for the next order and no forks were provided. Thr staff was extremely polite and made the stay...
