Well worn house needing some care

TV’s were all on “demo mode”. Someone just bought them and hung them up. One remote did not work at all. In guest bathroom the light has wires hanging down. Very unsafe and unsightly. The kitchen utensils should be updated. Forks are baby forks. Need more sharp knives. (One is not enough) Some of the top burners on the stove do not work. Chairs on the back patio are about to break. Unsafe. The house can be described as a worn house needing work. Cabinet handles, curtains, many other things need replacement/updates. Almost no cooking tools, spatulas, etc
