It was a great trip. Fish off the dock, and kayaking to the Gulf. We enjoyed the large pool, and my kids enjoyed biking to the local candy shop.

We just got home from a week at this property. It was clean, well stocked, and completely peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. Everything seemed brand new and the cooking/kitchen supplies were the best I’ve seen. Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking in the area.

If you are looking for a hidden gem relaxing location that is away from all the chaos of commercialized locations...this is it! This home was the perfect getaway offering brand new furnishings, wonderful layout, fun amenities and impeccable service. The smallest of request we needed for the home were quickly taken care of and then some. Our family completely loved coffee in the morning overlooking the peaceful canal, fish swimming all around the dock, the heated pool, biking down to the local shops, kayaking out of the canal and into the Gulf as well as the daily ping pong games. The home was so clean, kitchen had every possible appliance, pots/pans, large island and lighting for even a family puzzle, grill was clean for steaks, tv's and fans in every room were great for airflow and kids and keeping the sliding doors open overlooking the pool was such a treat as the mesh cage keep out what bugs were in the area. We rented a pontoon at the Captain's Boat Rental which we were able to dock right outside the home when we weren't enjoying time at the Flats. Unfortunately, the water was still a little chilly to enjoy snorkeling or swimming, but we'll look to do that during warmer months. A stork we appropriately called "Kevin" from Up stopped by the hang out on the dock and was hoping we could catch some fish for him. Hernando Beach location had some nice local restaurants and also was close enough for daily trips to Tampa for Busch Gardens as well as highly recommend the Tampa Bay Buc's stadium tour if you have a sports kid like we do. Absolutely so many GREAT THINGS we could say about this home and the service for this house. The highest recommendation I could give.
