The back room is equipped with fun for the whole family including a pool table that converts to an air hockey table . Indirect access to the gulf. There is a lift on the canal that can be used to get to the gulf with a 22ft boat or smaller boat with no t-top.

Need to Know

The home will sleep 8, but only six comfortable with a max of six adults. If you have eight then the two extra must be small children
-Property is monitored by 2 camera. 1 at the front corners looking to front yard and 1 on back corners looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Unfortunately, Dogs are not welcome

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
