Spring Bar Hotel

"Great hotel location with very professional, attentive, and helpful staff who made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The room size was spacious and comfortable. However, the carpet and sofa appeared dated, and there was a lingering food smell coming from the kitchen area. Unfortunately, my allergies became much worse inside the room at night, which interrupted my sleep quite a bit. Despite these issues, the staff’s excellent service and the convenient location were definite highlights of the stay."

"The room was not cleaned, I had to request towels as were not returned. The room is ok, need some painting and an extractor at the bathroom. The parking is 10$ a night, just because ..... "

"This was my first stay since this hotel changed from a Drury Inn to a Wyndham property. The property has aged a bit as a little wear and tear is evident in areas such as the bathroom. That being said, it is still a great location if attending a concert or needing a room close to the hospital. Additionally, it is reasonably priced and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We did not have the complimentary breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but will be mindful of the condition in coming years. "

"The room was good bed was very comfortable. My issues were with the fact you claim to have shuttle service which is why we booked with you and then found out we actually did not because your shuttle is a small mini van with only a couple seats and you have to be the first to check in to get on the list. Also the shuttle from airport was very uncomfortable and warn out. Do not claim to have shuttle service when you pretty much do not. Your check in staff seemed not to care at all. Which it is not her fault you mislead people with that as a selling point and they get to deal with the unhappy customers."

"I loved the Koi fish. I stayed there just because you'll head coi fish. I love them and anytime the hotel has them and that's where I'll stay and the coffee and the coffee shop area where the pastries and snacks were was great!"

"Everything was wonderful. Room clean, good options for the free breakfast, inexpensive parking. The only thing to keep in mind is that is right next to the airport, so you will hear airplanes, but we weren't bothered."

"Great location, very clean, very courteous and helpful staff; free breakfast did not include hot items (eggs, bacon, oatmeal were an additional charge); overall a pleasant stay - although the place had a heavy perfume/odor masking smell in lobby and hallways - room was much less noticeable with smell. For price, was well worth it though. Nothing major to speak of."
