“Cleanliness was excellent. Staff helpful when contacted. Elevator was out of order. Breakfast items were hit-or-miss.”

“Check in was very quick, room was clean but smelled of febreeze and cigarettes. Breakfast was fairly minimal, but clean.”

“Our tv did not work. The hot tub was down. We wanted breakfast, but it was already taken down. There was mold on the ceilings. And staff walked in our room in the am without knocking.”

“The Americinn in Forest Lake was affordable and clean. My son enjoyed playing in the large pool, but the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The beds were comfortable.”

“The stay over all was great everything was clean and the pool and hot tube were clean and insulated use! Although Our fridge didn’t work and I think there was miscommunication on our room being in use cause we had someone walk in shortly after we checked in other than that, the stay was great.”

“Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.”
