“Nice place with access to patio that is perfect for morning coffee. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Hudson River and great views just minutes away. Bus stops close by. Just allow extra (!!!) time when travelling bus 22 to Hoboken during rush hour. Futon recommended for children or small people.”

We could have used a curtain to better block the light for sleeping and a sharper knife (we must be the only people who cooked so much during a stay in NYC...as I said, our kiddo didn't love going out on the town), but other than that, the stay was perfect. “Like others said, it is a great option for an affordable stay! The place is small but filled with all you may need. It is clear Jose is continuously trying to improve guests' experience as he has updated his amenities to include things like a microwave and nice bedding. It might be nice to also include some shampoo in the shower. Overall, nice stay AND host, also really close to the bus station to get into New York.”

“This room provided basic essentials for my family to visit NYC. There is a small kitchenette with stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a few kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom, a kitchen table, one bed, and one pull-out futon. The side street location was quieter than the main streets located just a minute or two away.
