“Carol is an incredibly thoughtful host! Every little detail of the property was well-intentioned and deliberately helpful. It is possibly the cleanest home I’ve ever rented and I will absolutely be singing Carol’s praises to my friends and family. I usually like to visit new places and see new sights, but the whole experience has me looking for a return trip already.”

“This little place was spotless, lovely with homey touches like live plants and super soft toilet paper, blow dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the beautiful showers, and comfortable mattresses. It was right next to the playground, like right there! If the weather had cooperated, the kids would have been in heaven. “Great home in quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a competition and this was perfect. It had everything needed for our stay. Not a ton of options close for food etc - but only a few mn away. Clean and newly updated kitchen and bath.”

“Well stocked, clean, nice house in a great area. We went to the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum (both were about 45min to an hour away) and we spent another day going to the Kentwood area (very nice mall). House had everything we needed. Property manager was available to answer questions. Awesome house!”

“Overall the vacation stay with 10 guests was really relaxed. But... You know that when you stay in a mansion that recently sold for close to a million that your expectations are gonna be somewhat high in comparison to a 4star or 5star hotel. The property was ill-maintained by the standards of the surrounding community. The trash service is once a week instead of before/after an individual stay. We were left with last tenants trash and had to haul it 200ft up a good incline to get a fresh can.……
