「Very cute hotel! Located in secluded, quiet area that made for a relaxing stay. Loved the coffee delivered to room fresh and hot every morning. Enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night overlooking the pool area.」

「Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Super friendly staff, and the lobby Arkansas decor was fantastic. I was lucky enough to have a view of Old Main, too! Great location to walk to all the fun boutiques downtown. The only negative--no mini-fridge. I've come to expect those, so I didn't even think to look for it on the list of amenities. Overall, a great, quick stay for UArk orientation.」

「I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE」

「We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent.
