「Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good.
Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable.」
