「Beautiful property, enjoyed the view of the McKenzie River, hot tub and the goats. We picked a small bundle of purple grapes which were delicious. Beds and pillows were comfy. Check in and check out process. Broken teal chair which was reported at check in and checkout day we stripped the beds however the mattresses were stained (I attached pictures below). Coffee pot does not work correctly.THANK YOU for a overall wonderful saty we will be back in the future.」

「10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. 」

「This property is literally perfection! We had an incredible time, much of it spent on the huge back deck overlooking the river! There's anything and everything you could need to have an enjoyable time. 「Absolutely the BEST!!! The hostess has thought of everything to make this lovely cozy room the most relaxing place to spend the night or even longer. This is my second stay in the past few years and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Eugene. If I could give it more stars than 5, I definitely would. The little blue house is a must!!!」
