I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. "We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning.
