Studio loft living, one bedroom condo with private roof top deck offering unbelievable views of the Chief, Shannon Falls and downtown Squamish.
Inside you'll find spacious 9ft ceilings with oversized glazing and swing out windows, gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook/island, innovative glass walls, in-suite washer/dryer, halogen track lighting, ceramic tile floors in bathroom, generous storage, covered camera- monitered parking, plus outdoor living space to take it all in.
Only 30 minutes from Whistler Blackcomb and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Easy access to Mount Garibaldi, Shannon Falls, and Squamish Chief. Right beside the Pacific Ocean and Yacht club for boating fun and/or kiting. Centrally located-steps to Save-on-Foods and loads of amazing cuisine. Hiking, biking, kiting, boating, climbing-you name it, is at your doorstep!
