"Silvermine House is amazing! An ideal house for our family group of 5 adults and 3 teenage boys. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple places to gather and relax. The house seems isolated but is only 5 or 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The views are stunning! Sonya and Paul are wonderful hosts, who provided everything we needed. It's a long trip from the US to Cornwall, but Silvermine House was worth every mile of it!"

"Noisy at night due to the pub. Room very small with tiny sink. No servicing of room for second day. Smell (but not in the room) of old cooking oil ) more of a guest house not a hotel. Parking ok. Tea coffee etc in room was fine. Didn’t use the bar or have breakfast due to smell."
