“Beautiful location right at the marina. The way to get in is sort of odd(you go through the office in the front.) Very very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple. Host left snacks and waters which was appreciated. Loved the location. Very well insulated as I couldn't hear cars or even wind from outside. My only complaint is that the pillows were tiny/worn out and horrible. The bed itself was very firm but fine. (Hopefully they replace the pillows.) Will be back!”

“We couldn’t say enough about this property. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The inside was homey and the little extras was wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this property again, and will tell our family when visiting relatives to book this. We will be back. Only suggestion would be to repair the entrance way on the outside.”

“Comfortable and rustic lakeside cottage. Loved watching the sunsets and the water birds. Very quiet and peaceful area. Beds and linens were wonderful. Town of St. Albans is quaint. Nice shops, good restaurants and cafes. Location was about 45 minutes from Stowe, 30 minutes from Burlington, and 15 minutes from the Canadian border. The owner was wonderful - provided all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our one wish would be faster, more robust and reliable internet access.……

“We loved this property. We were a group of six and used all the bedrooms. We also had a larger group (10) for a family dinner. The house accommodated us just fine. Great kitchen and living spaces. Phenomenal view and location. Truly peaceful, beautiful and a great space. Jeff was a great host and came up to the house when we needed help. Our visit there could not have gone better.”
