Attractive, Spacious & Modern 2-bedroom semi detached property with 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bathroom off the ground floor, private garden and parking for 1 car in front of the house, with additional guest parking nearby. The property is located in Guardbridge, a 5 minute drive from Leuchars train station, 10 minute drive from St Andrews or 20 minutes by bicycle via the cycle path.
The house is 60 m².
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, open-air parking the same building.
the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

Lovely property, good location for a visit to St Andrews. Only had one problem and it wasn’t with the property, it was with the management company and there response to a problem with the front door. It wouldn’t lock, and their response, it’s a low crime area, you will be ok overnight. We will fix it tomorrow. Not what you expect. But the house was well kept and had everything but an ironing board…
