2nd time staying in this lovely house. So comfortable and in such a perfect location - tucked away in the centre of town but still quiet surroundings. Immediate access to shops, restaurants and bars and makes for a perfect stay. Thanks again Martyn.

Gem in the centre of town

St Andrews has been a favourite of ours since we first visited in 2002. This year has been our 5th visit. We werefortunate enough to book early so we could get a reservation at Martyn's lovely home.The location in the middle of Market street is perfect, just off the street so it is very quiet. The extra bonus is the parking space. Although we didn't take the car out a lot, it was great to know our space would be waiting for us.The house itself is wonderful, spacious, comfortable and filled with light. There are an endless array of places to walk to, and we walked everywhere! Martyn makes himself very available to answer any questions and solve any issues should they arise. We would certainly return to Martyn's place if we are fortunate enough to visit St Andrews in the future! Thanks again, Martyn.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Saint Andrews. Very much felt peaceful and centered with good access to everything within walking distance. Fantastic facility. Very clean and the house was spectacular. Many thanks for a wonderful time!

Amazing home for 4 golfers looking for R&R after a long day at the links. The hot tub, steam room and sauna are just what you need after a day of golf. Comfy beds, well appointed. I highly recommend this home and the owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

Amazing Place, Location, Etc.

In short, a hiccup on entry as cleaner never showed, but upon notice the host had them there the next day, the place was spotless, and all was good. More importantly, this home was absolutely beautiful - well appointed interior, amazing "in town" location that allowed us to park our rental van for golf then just walk out about town - perfection. We stayed at the Albany Hotel on our last visit - it was great - but I would say that for any future golf trips to St Andrews I would book this place 100% of the time. Great host, very nice interior, super convenient location (parking too), and walkability to everything - even Little Italy restaurant :)

Always a pleasure

I've stayed at this property once before and I adore it. Martyn is a responsive host and the home is cozy and well situated near the University, restaurants, shops, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay in Martyn’s adorable house. The house had plenty of room for our family of five, all the comforts of home and central location to all. The designated parking spot was a bonus as we did have a rental car and parking in the village center can be a bit challenging. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location!

This property is well appointed, spacious and clean. The location in the heart of St Andrew’s is perfect! It is in a small secluded courtyard just off the main street in town so quiet but in the heart of town. Couldn’t have asked for more.
