「This property was vlise to the beach and also the pool was pristine and refreshing. The two maintenance workers worked very hard to make sure the property was in good shape for their guests. The grounds were cleaned daily and the pool well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the condo had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. We will return.」

「This property was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were very impressed whit how homey it felt and had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach on a private gated walkway to a beautiful place on the beach. The pool was an added bonus and very nice. We will definitely look into this property the next time we come to St. Augustine. 」

「Our stay at Tiki on 12 was phenomenal! The house was extremely clean and perfect for the 12 adults in our party. Everyone felt comfortable.
