Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

Ease your worries in this 3rd floor balcony suite with twin adirondack chairs on the balcony. This condo is thoughtful and warmly decorated throughout. The queen sleeper sofa or the recliner has a great view of the 55" flat screen Samsung Smart TV and the ocean. There are large paddle blade fans to keep the sea breeze circulating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a flat top stove with oven, medium refrigerator and all the kitchen items you might need. The entry has a great counter top to catch your keys as you come and go. The bathroom was remodeled to include a new soaker tub and surround. The bedroom has vinyl laminate and is a perfect spot to enjoy the king sized bed and 55" flat screen Samsung Smart TV. There is another fan in the bedroom and plenty of tropical décor. Please enjoy!

We love St Augustine and have been going to Cresent Beach for thirty five years! Can’t beat the beach and town. Loved our stay at this particular condo but a few things it lacked. Needs up to date tv (smart tv). Also a larger recliner or more comfortable chair. The bed was comfortable and everything else was clean and accommodating! Cleaning staff was very helpful and kind.

Everyone was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but not a big deal. Great view of the beach. Nice pool and secured entry and exit to and from the beach. Maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the fact the condo is not located in the busyness of St Augustine Beach and the historic area. If you want peace and quiet, Crescent Beach is it. It’s only 15-20 from the historical area. There are a lot of good places to eat along A1A. Sunset Grill has THE BEST key lime pie I have ever had!

Oceanfront Condo w/ Amazing View

This condo is worth it for the view, the easy access to the beach and the pool. It could use some renovations, but is a great choice for a couple or small family. It’s just south of the busiest areas (so it’s easy to get to all the typical stuff but you aren’t in the middle of it all). A great get away for a weekend trip!

Pics of unit misleading

This unit is very small and old and really needs an update!!! When it rains the very small porch fills with water and does not drain. As well as the ac unit is on the porch and makes conversations almost impossible. The view is great if that is all you want and the towels were soft.The shower also does not drain and you stand in water to shower! We brought our pet and the dog walk is VERY far from the units and terrible when it is raining. This complex sits next to a city park with very sketchy people so you would not feel safe using the dog walk by yourself...We will find another place to stay on our next visit...

Spectacular Ocean View

All in all our trip was amazing. The parking was plentiful. The ocean view and sounds of waves crashing made this trip so relaxing. The unit was quiet and never got any rowdy neighbors for the stay. A plus to have our fur babies with us. My only complaint was the king size bed is wore out, and is in desperate need of replacing. Consider being a 3 inch egg crate of you have one.

Will totally come back - not to the same unit - but absolutely to the location! Amazing VRBO locations that do not think to have the simplest item - hot mitts - hello. But loved the view.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay In room 211 very much, this wasn’t the room we booked, but due to COVID policy(?) we were moved. The only thing I would suggest for this unit is better storage for clothes, no dresser, however there are shelves but they were full of pictures and decor. Other than that, its a nice place and it is pet friendly.
