BEDROOMS

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a beach escape in mind. All the bedrooms are on the same level. (1 w/ a king, 2 w/ a queen), and the largest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (each of the 4 beds are full size beds). Each room is equipped with a TV. We also obviously had to include a few arcade games in the bunk bed room including NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, and Golden Tee.

BATHROOMS

2 full bathrooms, both on the same level of the house. The master bedroom bathroom has a walk-in closet as well.

KITCHEN & DINING

Kitchen includes all of the typical appliances along with many small appliances such as a blender, crock pot, toaster oven and keurig. It also has 4 high chairs for seating around the kitchen counter. Next to the kitchen is the open floor dining room with seating up to 10.

LIVING ROOM

The living room includes a spacious L shape couch, additional seating behind the couch with 4 high chairs as well as what we like to call our 2 “nooks” on either side of the fireplace. Great for reading a book or spending time chatting with family and friends. The living room is equipped with a smart TV for hanging and enjoying movie night or the latest sporting event.

SUNROOM

Newly added Sunroom is accessed through a sliding door by the kitchen. It includes lounge seating, a pool table, and a flat screen TV. It’s perfect for a tranquil morning with coffee as the sunrises or a late night cocktail while playing poker.


OUTDOOR

If you wanted the ultimate relaxing vacation and wanted to find a place where you could stay all weekend without getting bored then you’ve found it. Starting with the pool. It’s heated, has a lounge area that’s just about 6 inches deep for those really hot days when you don’t want to sit outside of the pool, and plenty of lounge chairs / umbrellas outside of the pool. The pool is gated all the way around from the amenities space outside of it.

Around the outside of the pool gate we have a full sports court for basketball and pickleball. Balls and paddles included with your stay in the sports storage bin outside. A 6-hole mini-golf setup with string lighting around the palm trees from night golf. A fire pit that is propane powered including Adirondack chairs all the way around it. And an outdoor dining setup including an outdoor grill.
