Outstanding communication and really clean, cute, spacious, well equipped and steps from the beach - what could be better?! Good parking, lots of restaurant choices within walking distance and minutes to downtown St Augustine.

Wonderful place with a stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a special family experience. The walk to the sunrise and beach is perfect. Any queries are dealt with quickly and the pictures on the site are exactly as found. We would love to come back!

We loved the property and location. Very clean with everything we needed. We were in town for s concert at Cafe 11 and were able to walk there and back in about 5 minutes each way. My favorite diner on the beach was also directly across the street which was nice. Great trip!

Lovely condo and location

The property is a very short walk to the beach with easy access to food options and the pier. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again. Especially since it is pet friendly! It would be so helpful have a dresser in the master closet and a small stick vacuum to help keep things tidy. Also the property really needs a dedicated place to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beyond that it met all our needs.

We love our time at Brand New Condo w/Beach View. We went for New Year and everything was perfect. We were a few steps from the pier so we're able to see the fireworks in 4k. So for summer time is the perfect place to stay in to enjoy the beach. The property has a dinner in front, which is very good and has a very good reviews. And overall is close to the old town were all the attractions are. It was very quiet and illuminated. We'll definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Perfect location and very nice condo

Everything went wonderfully! Condo was really nice and location was even better. Only concern was check in and check out time needs to be reviewed. Checking in at 4pm and having to be out by 10am is a bit odd compared to other locations. 10am doesn't leave much time to get breakfast and pack.

Our first time to St. Augustine Beach! Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo only steps from the beach! Everything was in perfect order when we arrived! Clean and Fresh! Comfortable beds plus living room area, dining table and very nice kitchen. A big plus was a great washing machine and dryer! My husband and I loved the easy access to the restaurants, beach, parking and ICE cream shop! Don't look any further! This is YOUR beach place!

Great property and location

This condo is beautiful. The property is decorated in a modern cool beach theme with a nautical vibe in different hues of blue and grey. The place is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all the modern conveniences. The bathrooms come with hand soap and plenty of clean towels. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and the beds are super comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. As for the location, personally, it is a no brainer. The beach is right there, and a convenient walk to some of our local favorite restaurants: Café Eleven, Coneheads, A1A Burrito Works, Antonio’s Pizza, and The Beachcomber. We genuinely enjoyed our getaway so much, we booked this property again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We look forward to coming back this summer.

The property was great! Not only was it conveniently located to restaurants and attractions, it is only a short walk to the beach! The condo had every we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed sleeping in and having coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back!

St. Augustine during 4th of July

What a find! My family and I were fortunate to have found this place to stay for our 4th of July holiday vacation in St. Augustine. The condo was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located near everything in the St. Augustine Beach area. We loved that we could walk to coffee shops (The Kookaburra almost daily), shopping stores, and restaurants (my family loved Crabby's Beachside). My favorite part about the place was that it's probably a 3-minute walk to the beach. My favorite part about beach vacations is waking up early and walking and jogging the shoreline during sunrise. If you're wondering about the beach, it was always clean and not overly crowded, so spending time there with the family was great. We'd definitely stay at Oceans 13 Condo again next time we head down to St. Augustine Beach!

I had a fantastic stay at beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It's a quick trip to the beach and a 7-minute drive to the lighthouse harbor for fishing charters.

Great experience

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at this location. Booking through checkout was all a great experience. The communication from the property management company was fantastic. The property was everything that they claimed it would be. The location is super convenient to most attractions. Condo was well stocked and extremely clean. when I go back I will stay there again.

Definitely the best place to stay!

Spacious, ALL the comforts at home. Beautiful home, decorated, beachy and very comfortable. Great for our family of 3. We had our own bedroom bathroom, as well as she… We were able to relax together on front patio. We were able to eat out but also have the ability to cook a meal when we wanted with all the items that we needed. The parking was great, location perfect close to everything, but most of all the customer service and communication when we needed anything was so nice. I would love to be back soon and I’m definitely referring to other people to enjoy. Thanks so much for making our family vacation one to remember.❤️

Weekend Wedding

My best friend from college was getting married in St. Augustine & I was asked to be a bridesmaid. Seeing as I live 9 hours away, I had to find somewhere to stay. My friend (another bridesmaid), her husband, & I all stayed. We could not have had a better experience.
