Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Had a little difficulty getting key to enter, the letters are very difficult to see. The alert ent was exactly like the photos, very comfortable. Close to downtown and fort.

We came to Saint Augustine to visit some friends and take a look around the historic district. The location was great, we were able to walk to the historical district and see the fort and other things around the town. The accommodation was very cute in appearance and well decorated. Everything was clean and in its place. We would definitely stay here again, and we commend the host for providing such a nice place for a great value!

Feel at Home in St Augustine

Such a comfortable apartment in a super convenient location! This home is just what you would hope for when looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine. Kirsten supplied everything you could possible need and even went out of her way to bring us extra blankets for the unexpected very cold weather. Don’t think twice on this one!

We had a perfect stay for our 4-day trip to St Augustine. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to historic St Augustine, Flagler College, and the Lightner Museum. Plenty of restaurants to check out (tapas and sangria at Columbia Restaurant was our fave), and a nice new coffeehouse a few blocks away (Southern Grounds). The space was clean with comfortable furnishings and modern decor, and was the perfect size for the two of us, no complaints! Off-street parking was a bonus as we rented a car to explore outside of the historic area. We would definitely book here in the future.

Wonderful Getaway Destination

Great, clean, centrally located, roomy, fantastic deal for the money destination. Needed to defrag from the holidays with my fiancee and this was the perfect getaway. Always Love St. Augustine because there's just so much to do and see. Located blocks from Historic Old Town....park and walk the entire trip. Great property and management, very quick to respond and to work with. Thank you very much Kristen for a great trip.

Quick Weekend getaway

Got to the location late but it was well lighted and the instructions were great! We were used to the walk to downtown and it was great it only was about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk! It’s definitely on the list for us to stay at next time!
