Bedrooms one and two are located in the main cottage while the third bedroom is out in the detached suite that also features a full bathroom making it ideal for couples wanting their own space from the group.



The main central bathroom features a large walk in shower and a vanity that comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels for your stay.



After a day at the beach, rinse off your sandy feet with a handy outdoor shower then wash up with access to a washer and dryer in the laundry nook to keep you feeling fresh.



Take in the neighborhood from the sunny front porch with your coffee each morning, then of an afternoon, open up the double doors to create a breezy inside/outside space where you can cook up dinner on the BBQ then enjoy a drink or two sitting around the firepit when the sun starts to set.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, the detached 1 bedroom bungalow and all the outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix to keep you entertained.



Also included with your stay is use of the BBQ grill on the deck and the fire pit area down on the paved courtyard area.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island that shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area only a 5 minute drive away.



A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum which is only a 4 minute walk away. The lighthouse serves as an educational museum where you can view the many exhibits in the keeper’s house and 3 other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and walk up the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views – a must see when visiting the island.



Play at the Mini Golf Course just a 5 minute walk from the cottage, then stop in at the juice bar, pick up some Tacos or a delicious sandwich at the Cheba Hut all just steps away.



Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. You can also rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and see the park from the water.



At night, catch a show at the Amphitheatre (5 min drive) that hosts over 40 concerts and multiple community events throughout the year, including the Saturday Farmers Market and the annual free concert series, the Sing Out Loud Festival, in September of each year.



Take a drive over the Bridge of Lions and into Downtown St Augustine where you will find countless restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, the popular St George Street and the famous Castillo San Marcos all just 5 minutes away.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting bikes and will gladly provide a few local rental companies (some even deliver the bikes!). It's a short bike ride into downtown or to Anastasia State Park, the nearest beach access. Uber and Lyft are also a popular and affordable options for those traveling without cars!
