An antique lover will feel right at home in this clean but lived in dwelling which really uses its space carefully to provide all the necessary amenities. The location is wonderful but it was the little touches that won us over: Lavender sachet for the pillows, complementary wine, sherry, water, soft drinks, cookies, chocolates on the bed and a full breakfast in the morning in addition to the normal toiletries. It’s quiet too.

Parking lot was a nightmare staff was horrible getting me out of my room twice to move my car 6 inches over both times so driver of other car couldn’t get in or my passenger couldn’t get in then we found a cockroach in the bathroom definitely not worth 300 a night Expedia should be ashamed to represent this place

Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights of our stay, until around midnight. During the day, it was much quieter! The room had a claw-foot bath with overhead shower. I wouldn't recommend this if balance is an issue. There are twenty stairs from the ground floor to the first floor! Fairly low-rise, so not as daunting as it might sound! We spent several hours on the front porch one evening, chatting with friends, watching the world go by! Great fun, although it was noisy outside in the evenings, and lots of traffic! There are complimentary beverages all-day (tea, coffee, water, coke and wine). We enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location and the charm of the inn itself. Our only real snag came from two issues; checking in after 5 pm was not clear and somewhat difficult. And, the noise from outside our room was very noticeable!

Great property, we had a blast and stayed in the gold suite, it was quiet and super convenient and they always had little snacks, and drinks out all times of the day and night :) was a wonderful trip and would stay here again, the only thing I recommend is removing the wreaths off the doors to the individual suites as mosquitos can actually breed/rest in them and we had a lot of them in our room so we had to wear bug spray every night to not get bit, literally everything else was perfect!!

We stayed in the Diamond suite. Very spacious suite. Just an FYI if you decide to book this room, bed is next to the street. So it gets a little noisy at night. Breakfast was amazing. Staff and owners are awesome. All needs and requests were always fulfilled with a smile!!! We will be back!

Wow! We originally came to stay for just one night, but we couldn’t resist and ended up booking an extra night to keep enjoying this cozy, comfortable, and amazing bed & breakfast! Located within walking distance of everything St. Augustine has to offer, and with such a wonderful staff ready to accommodate all of our needs, we will definitely be coming back. Each guest room has free on-site parking. The complimentary wine, coffee, tea, water, and sodas available daily through self-service made our stay even better! The room details create such a cozy and romantic atmosphere—perfect for a night in this charming vintage cottage. We also loved the thoughtful touches from the lovely owner, like the little lavender sachets at reception to place under your pillow for a restful sleep and the warm, scented towelettes in the breakfast area—just amazing! Perfect place to stay while visiting St Augustine. The location was fabulous. Our room (garnet) was wonderful. I enjoyed access to the upstairs veranda which was so relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff exceeded any expectations and were always friendly and accommodating. We definitely will be back to Carriage Way Inn!
