Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.

Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The picture on Expedia is not the property that you will end up staying at the house is an older home looks nothing like the picture on Expedia the gentleman there was nice and understood that we were looking for a property that was Ada accessible so he did refund our money which was great but the property was not as advertised

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

What an amazing and unexpected treat. This little BnB was a welcome respite after a stressful week for us. Nothing short of friendly and uber accommodating. The staff is super friendly and the extras are heart felt making for an intimate and personalized experience in this cozy, quaint and much needed treasure is one of our favorite vacation destinations!
