We're a new Airbnb! The couch, beds, plates, pots & pans, and linens are brand new. We've tried to think of all the essentials for you to make packing a breeze for your vacation! We've got you covered from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to coffee, teas, and even some board games. The perfect spot for friends or families!
We are a single-family home with a large driveway and spacious backyard. All three bedrooms offer ceiling fans for your comfort. There are plenty of outlets in each rooms for all of your devices.
Guests have full-access to the property. Owners' closets are locked and are not accessible for guests.

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the parking facility is conveniently located within walking distance to St. George Street and San Marco Avenue, as well as the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Francis Field.
Metered-Parking:
Parking lots and metered parking spaces are located throughout the downtown area. You will also find on-street parking available in other areas, which will require payment for parking at pay stations. Parking enforcement hours vary by location and are posted on each pay-station. Look for the clearly labeled City of St. Augustine pay stations.
