Perfect!

Our entire visit to the area was wonderful and the house and location were excellent. We were able to walk to almost every destination. The home has great historic character, was nicely put together, well supplied and very comfortable for relaxing.

What a Gem!

This little cottage is in a perfect location for walking to historic district shops, attractions, restaurants. The home is so comfortable and cozy. Great neighborhood to walk through. Really enjoyed our time there

Barely had to use our car. Coffee shop and convenience store at end of street, Walked everywhere. Ripley's, fort and old town a few minutes walk. House historic and cute. Bed very comfortable. We Loved it!

Perfect Spot!

We absolutely adored our time at the yellow house. It was in a perfect location. Close to everything, walking distance to most. We felt so at home that we gave outcandy on Halloween. It was lovely. Clean, cared for, and the hosts were responsive.

Walking distance from Old Town

We enjoyed out stay! Great location. Very close, walking distance to Old Town. The owners took great pride in renovating and designing this cottage. Its super cute inside. We would stay here again!

Perfect location!

We stayed here while we prepared to drop our son off at Flagler College. The location was a quick drive to his dorm and an easy walk to the Fort and Downtown area. It had a pleasant front porch for relaxing and all we needed to get through our weekend.

The Little Yellow Cottage exceeded our expectations! It provided a quaint, shore-like feel. A very comfortable environment with all the necessary accommodations. Great little getaway

Our family spent 3 nights here while exploring St. Augustine. Location was amazing! 5 min walk to Castillo de San Marcos. 10 min walk to St George street. Oh, there’s an Old Town Trolly Tour stop 5 min walk away where you can ride around the historic downtown to get a feel for what’s around while getting a guided tour. Easy parking for 2 cars right in front of the house. Neighborhood is super quiet at night so you can sleep peacefully and wake up at your leisure. A great stay!

Very nice’

The place was so cute ….clean and well equipped with everything for a week’s stay. Even had a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. The tv was the only challenge for us older folks. We liked the location because we could walk to the fort and to George street.

Historic Lovely Yellow cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Cottage on Waters! It is evident that the owners have put a lot of work into this historic home to bring it up to date with all the amenities you could ask for. The a/c worked very well, the main bath was very spacious, very nice kitchen with all new appliances working well. Full dining room and cozy living room decorated tastefully. The second bedroom was spacious and nicely decorated as well. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable mattresses ever! We will definitely stay in this home on future visits!

Everything below, is a disappointing stay. However, the living room was sufficient for our purpose and it was in decent shape. That said, I believe I was lied to multiple times by the property management company. 1st concerning my ability to check in early. (which I don't believe was ever a possibility". 2nd about "Family" of the owner (later i was told the actual owner). 1st they were just "parking" then they were worried about water from high tides. It was strange at best. The tides have been high for weeks, and they just had cleaners there who would have been able to communicate any issues. (since I couldn't check in early, cleaners had to of been there Friday right? ) Outside of my dislike of the property managements communication, while the house was OK, it was so un-level it made you walk funny. The floors were so tilted, several tables, and the beds, had to have pieces of wood under the feet on 1 side, to raise them up to the level of the other side of the furniture. I get it, its old, but it was a 2 inch difference from one side of the room to the other. Crazy. Ok, so maybe that is just part of an old house.. The floors in the kitchen, laundry and other areas are linoleum. that is dirty, very worn, cracking and falling apart. Even missing in some areas. The Dishwasher has grime around it. Water/mold spots in bathrooms. Railing completely rotten and disconnected. I paid a lot of money to stay here, for 2 nights, It should have been in better shape.
