- This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

Beautiful views, great location, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Stayed over New Years and could see fire works from around town over the marsh land. Short walk to one of the old town trolley stops. From there we were able to see all of the historic town without worrying about parking.

The rental was as described. It was clean and very accommodating. The location is one of the best features. Nice sunsets, and within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see. I will recommend this property to others. Check in was a breeze, easy to find, communication was excellent. And my wife and I both are grateful for the amenities present upon our arrival and attention during our stay..
