Excellent Stay!

We stayed in town for our daughter's nearby wedding and had an excellent stay in St. Augustine. The neighborhoood is quiet, and the property far exceeded our expectations. There were card/board games to play during downtime, and toys for little ones. This is an ideal property for those traveling with families and small children.

We have stayed in many rental properties before and this one definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was very clean. Everything essential was provided and extra as well. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend to others.

PLAYER’S TRIP

Great House! We wish the location was a little closer to TPC Sawgrass but overall, no complaints when you can get there from Nocatee. Good neighborhood, lots of space and plenty of room.Loft area on 2nd floor is great for relaxing and watching games on the big screen! There should be more trash bags left for a group of 4-5 who’s there for multiple days.We would rent the house again!!

Ahh... this was a great vacation spot!

Our family met up in St. Augustine for a wedding and then a few vacation days. This home FAR surpassed the beachside VRBO we were at prior. Nice and clean, newer home, nice beds, linens and bedrooms. Plenty of bathroom towels. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Ample room. Several board games provided, and a small BBQ. Well stocked with plates and glasses for a group. Easy check-in and reasonable, simple check out procedure. Quick response from owner to inquiries. Only negatives were typical for VRBO's - limited kitchen supplies, one kitchen towel, two dishwasher pods, one small dish soap, cheaper cooking pots that stick and are difficult to clean. Overall, would definitely return and would recommend.
