While the hotelands rooms are showing age, everything was clean. Staff was very courteous. Location on the beach is excellent, pool area looked great. Generally a good place to stay without breaking the bank. Great value for what you spend.

we had a great time staff was friendly the hotel was clean a lot of places to eat and beach is right in front of hotel 3 min walk we plan on coming here again soon, St. Augustine is beautiful.

Stayed overnight so I could walk to be on the beach at sunrise. Simple setup, clean, functional. I was only there for the night so I didn't make too much use of the room, but it was pretty nice! Felt good staying there.

Sue and her staff did an amazing job of keeping plentiful towels in the room. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
Great location with the beach within walking distance.
Plentiful restaurants nearby also.
