A picture-perfect beach retreat awaits you at this charming St Augustine condo! No drive necessary to get the ocean. It is just a short walk (approximately 100 yards) to the private gaited entrance to access the beach. With 1 bedroom, a loft with 2 beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1.5 baths, this is the ideal home base for up to 6 guests. Also, enjoy a refreshing swim or just lounge by the pool. A short venture into town to explore historic sights, museums, unique boutiques, restaurants, art and more.

Everything you need!

The community is quiet, well maintained and just down the road from the bustling St A beach. The condo is cute and comfortable for a couple or small family. Kids would really enjoy the sleep loft! They have even thought of everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, small cooler and towels. So, if you are traveling by air you can carry-on - everything else you need is waiting for you!

We love the place where we stayed. The amenities were great. The only thing that was a little bit difficult was getting our beach stuff up and down stairs every time we wanted walked to the beach.

Sweet "cottage" condo near the sea

The home is in a quiet condo community with the ocean a short walk through the property and a private access gate. The second floor condo was clean and comfortable perfect for the two of us but had a loft with two twin beds for a bit bigger family. There were games, books and puzzles in case of rainy afternoons. We spent a lot of time visiting family during the day but enjoyed coming back at the end of the day to this cozy place. We look firward to visiting again.
