Safe and comfortable

As a former St Augustinian I loved the ability to walk to town as parking downtown is a struggle. Also I was traveling solo and felt very safe there being on a property with a home and being on a top garage apartment vs ground floor. The unit is immaculate, quiet, and has a very comfortable bed and comfy bedding!
