"Location is right on the harbor, beautiful views of a small but lovely fishing village. Room was surprisingly big, well decorated with an excellent bathroom. Enjoyed painting of harbor which was an exact match to looking out the window! Mevagissey has very little parking and narrow streets, but parking is provided about 200 yards away so it's an easy walk."

"This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality.
The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."

"Lovely and good value family run pub and guesthouse.
Clean and homely room with everything you need. Lots of food options for dinner and a well stocked bar.
The pub was busy but closed and early enough not to disturb me sleeping.
Staff friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was great and a reasonable £10 for a full English.
I'd happily stay here again. "

Holiday Inn Express Bodmin - Victoria Junction by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The whole place was clean and up to date . Bathroom beautiful. Breakfast wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful …. Really very surprisingly good . ( I’ve had 4 holidays this year and this was the best stay ! "
"Sam and Roy made us very welcome. The recently refurbished hotel is clean, warm and quiet. There are spectacular views from the very relaxing bar conservatory and balcony. "
"Drink options were excellent in the relaxed atmosphere of the bar/restaurant. The bar was used by locals which we always find means a good atmosphere. Food wasa lso very good
"
"The hotel was very good all round. Room, bar area and breakfast all high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking meant we had to park at the sister hotel at the top of the hill but not too much of an inconvenience. The major downside not really within control of the hotel is the ongoing work around the harbour which had a significant visual impact from our sea view room and also meant there was limited access to the harbour area. "
"This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality.
We would like to visit again. "
"Room was exactly what we needed. Spacious and clean although could do with a new carpet and some damp removal in the bathroom. Great location - very close to the Eden Project. Friendly staff at the bar. "
