“The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and overall it was a 10/10 property. The staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several issues with communication. When we arrived, the staff member who escorted us to our room told us that our online booking included a $375 hotel credit (excluding the bar and gratuities). Based on that information, we ordered coffees and room service during our stay. At checkout, we were unexpectedly……

“This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and……
