“I will start by saying the host was very friendly which I appreciate. The place does look like the pictures and the area was fairly quiet. Although, I was disappointed in the cleaning. There was a third queen bed from the pull out couch that was not cleaned before our arrival. Host said it was because we asked for an early check-in, but if a full and thorough cleaning was not possible because of early arrival the host should have made that clear because it was not of top priority to have an……

“Perfect location, friendly host! Mostly I have no complaints. However, there was an evident lack of cleanliness in some areas. For example, other people’s hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. Dirty pot in the cabinet. Things like that. I went ahead and wiped everything down anyway. But I feel there should’ve been someone that “deep” cleans the property before the next guest arrives. It was a bit disenchanting. But it’s a wonderful apartment, great central location, easy to find, and……

“We had a great experience. The place was clean and had a lot of character. The check in and check out process was easy. Dan had great communication with me. We walked to Miami Cafe around the corner and recommend it to anyone who stays here. The atmosphere and neighborhood had a lot of character. We enjoyed our stay!”
