Very comfortable room. Noisy air conditioner. Would've appreciated a refrigerator - thought that was a standard in hotel rooms now. Toilet - low water pressure, had to take the tank cover off frequently as it did not fill after a flush. Also would've appreciated a buffet breakfast - few choices for people on restricted (diabetic) diets. Always went to Best Western for breakfast.

Room was good. Hot tub was a funky color with lots of suds. I was very frustrated with not having any creamer for coffee in the lobby. The front desk was very helpful getting some creamer for a cup of coffee from the bistro for my first cup, but later in the morning the bistro was closed and there was no creamer to be found anywhere. It’s the little things like that, that make a great stay. Get some creamer for your guests please!

We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again. The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included.

It stated in the booking that it had a shuttle to the airport. I called to confirm that and when we arrived found out this was not true. We had a lovely view of the air conditioning unit on the roof. Costly but not worth it!!!!!

Family overnight

We had a beautiful 2 room suite on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was too dim and there wasn't enough counter space for 2 people, let alone a family of 4. (Especially with one of the children having a dance competition to get ready for.) A counter with mirror and sink outside of the bathroom would've made the room top notch! The pool area was nice and the kids had fun swimming. The front desk was left unattended alot. Out of the 8-10 times I walked thru the lobby, i only saw someone at the desk twice. I waited over 5 minutes to buy something at the little market and nobody was around to pay so I put my stuff back and left. All of that being said, I'd still stay here again.

The room was a great size and perfect for us traveling with a large family. The room was a comfortable temperature but it had a different smell to it. We didn’t buy breakfast nor use the pool. The elevator has been well used and rattled.
