This Apartment shares the northern boarder of SCSU. We have a gated parking lot in the historic district of St Cloud. Downtown is only three blocks north and eleven blocks to the south of the main Centracare St Cloud hospital.

Enjoy Downtown, SCSU Campus, The Underground n Bowling Alley, and the Beaver Island trail at your fingertips. Enjoy breathtaking views of The Ravine waterway and the Mississippi River.

This is the premium location to experience the best that St Cloud MN has to offer!
