「Beautiful house with such wonderful helpful staff. I dropped my earring in the sink and they managed to get it for me. We also took our little one and they were so friendly with him! They offer ev charging at a great price.
The food is delightful especially the breakfast- excellent ingredients. 」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.
For what was a basic room...

「Better than expected. Beautiful building, fabulous room - in great condition, very comfy and clean. Tea and coffee making that included fresh milk in the fridge. Spa also brilliant as well as a great breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Didn't stay with kids, but would be perfect for families with all the extra ameneties.」
