when I arrive no one was there for the check in, then I call thier emergency number and after one hour of waiting they force me to make another reservation on thier website. additionally the room is not clean. the overall is a bad experience

Arrive at 1700 to Check In Room was not ready 5 minutes they said. After 4 time 5 minutes the room was finally ready.(20 minutes hanging around after a long day cycling) Planning a nice relaxing Sunday morning had some breakfast things all I needed was a coffee so plug in the Kettle and no electricity the entire room was dead obviously a blown fuse. Shouldn't,t be problem however at this so called Hotel there are no staff until 9.00am .Rang the phone number twice got french voice mail twice so showered in the dark and wave goodbye to my nice relaxing Sunday morning. Complained to the nice girl who had turned up at reception but not much help there as I was ready to leave. Would not recommend this place at all

Arrived at 17:45 no one at reception and no code to access the safe where room key was. Did not get the room I paid for, room was in poor condition and no hot water on last morning and lift was not working either. Last minute booking and cheap so that has to be taken into content.

There was no staff whatsoever. On the day i chrcked out, 9 AM, there was no single employee. I had to start opening dewsers behind the desk to get back my psssport.
