The condo was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The patio was spacious and comfortable as well with gorgeous views for miles.

Lovely upscale townhouse

We loved our stay in this townhome. Five of us fit perfectly in the four bedrooms and three baths. The views are fantastic, the best in the complex. The interior is very nicely furnished. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious with Incredible Views

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very spacious with a large kitchen, dining room and great room. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and 4 nice bedrooms that were separate from each other. The condo has incredible views. Las Palmas is encircled by safe, walkable sidewalks and there are numerous hiking and biking areas nearby. We were a little concerned that some of the windows didn't open (since we were on the 3rd floor).The floor under the dining table and one of the bathtubs needed a more thorough cleaning, but other than that, the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a FANTASTIC time!!! We’d all have to say, we all found this unit to be in the BEST location of all the units!!! WHY..,Easy walk to all pools. Best views. End unit on third floor making it quiet.( there is an elevator if you have heavy items) The layout worked so well and it was very comfortable for lounging!!! Here’s what would of made it “Perfect 10. 1. We felt Beds need to be updated or foam toppers to make them comfy. ( I’m sure some people might like them). 2. Definitely need black out blinds for bedrooms ( or bring eye masks) the front bedrooms really are light/bright because you also get the front porch light that you can’t turn off. 3. For this size house, better cooking pans ( they still work okay) and containers to put your leftovers in. ***IF These items were fixed… there is nothing more that would be needed it would rate 5+++ stars!!! It’s a great house where a large family gathering will make GREAT MEMORIES… like we did!!!

Great Stay

This is a great property with a spacious covered deck and beautiful views. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped and generous with their supplies (like paper towel, toilet paper, etc) than most places we have stayed. The resort and condo were great to share with family. We look forward to possibly staying again in the future.

Condo Was a jewel

The condo was wonderful, other than a few small things that was handled quickly. But the resort wasn't as well maintained. Going to our condo, the palm fronds were almost impassaable- both in the stairway and coming from the elevator. The fitness room was old and dusty, not kept up. The waterfall pool was cloudy water, did not look clean.

Beautiful views from our patio♥️

The view from our patio was breathtaking. We spent each evening out there grilling and playing cards. The space was comfortable and clean. There are some minor details that require attention, ie; new grill brush, fry pans need replacing, no shampoo in any of the bathrooms, lightbulb missing in bedside. lamp. These are minor complaints, the property just needs someone to pay attention

Review of unit

Property was nice, the townhouse was nice,but had issues. #1 the tv remotes were nowhere to be found.#2 one of the sinks in the bathroom wouldn't stop dripping #3 the water softener was going off in middle of the night.#4 not enough bath towels and they found on the last day in the dryer that no one emptied from the cleaning service. I probably won't recommend this property to a friend.

Summer break

We had trouble getting in initially as the door code we were given didn’t work. They got back to us quickly and we were able to get in with a new code. The area was spacious and clean. It was also very quiet. We never heard any neighbors except when outside. The 2nd day we were running a load of dishes and the dishwasher started leaking all over the floor. Maintenance came the next day and said it was a bad seal. We had to hand wash all the dishes for our group for the whole week. He also fixed one of the showers that wasn’t working while he was there. There were a few different pools on the property. The waterfall pool and family pool were both pretty crowded and the water appeared pretty murky and dirty. The clubhouse was nice and clean and those pools were nice. Overall the condo was nice and we enjoyed our time.
